errore 001 pulire contatti obbiettivo

Buon giorno , mi e' successo un paio di volte in occasioni differenti che mentre scatto mi si azzerava il mirino e sul display compare la scritta "errore 001 pulire contatti obiettivo " volevo precisare macchina Canon 6D moltiplicatore Sigma 1.4x obbiettivo Sigma 120/300 f 2.8 sport , ho provato a pulire i contatti e me lo ha rifatto .
Qualcuno mi puo' aiutare ?

Hbd	sent on 29 Ottobre 2019 (13:59) Temo che l'ottica abbia un problema hardware, probabilmente al gruppo diaframma. Verificherei se l'errore si presenta quando si varia l'apertura impostata, senza extender.

Ho trovato il difetto , la sede del fermo della baionetta dell'obbiettivo (Sigma 120.300 ) e' sballata a furia di usarla , di conseguenza ruotava leggermente scollegando l'obbiettivo dalla macchina , adesso la porto in assistenza e sostituisco la flangia di innesto !!!!
