Problemi di autofocus con l'Extender Canon 1,4 III

Riscontro problemi di autofocus quando uso l' Extender Canon EF 1.4x III sullo zoom Canon EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS II USM.
Nel mirino è acceso il pallino verde.
Potrebbe essere un problema di contatti? Triste

Se è in garanzia portalo in assistenza il mio non ha mai avuto problemi con MT 1/4 sia con 5DIII che con 7DII
