Fujifilm XT1 usata

Buonasera a tutti,
ho acquistato una XT1 usata in ottime condizioni ma, collegandola al PC per scaricare le foto, vedo solo 2 cartelle, "live" e "still", entrambe vuote e nient'altro.
Togliendo la scheda comunque le foto ci sono e posso tranquillamente salvarle. Non ho trovato niente sul manuale che faccia riferimento a queste cartelle, qualcuno mi sa dire qualcosa?

ho la xt1 ma ho solo la cartella DCIM con internamente la cartella 123fujifilm dove ci sono le foto,con memory card inserita

Grazie Fabio e Luca,
avevo già formattato la scheda come suggerito, ma il problema è rimasto lo stesso, ho altre 2 Fuji, una x100f e una xt20, che, pur con la sessa scheda, non presentano il problema mostrando appunto la cartella DICM.
Francamente non capisco!

Quando colleghi la macchina al pc devi impostare mi pare sull ultima scheda delle impostazioni come vuoi che la macchina si comporti: per il traferimento foto o per il conrrollo macvhina da pc.
Potrebbe essere questo il problema.
