Come da titolo ho acquistato questo obbiettivo in kit con OMD E-M10II e 14-42 che funzionano benissimo ma il tele da qualche tempo non mette più a fuoco ovvero vedo il rettangolo verde di AF avvenuto ma l'immagine è fuori fuoco, chiedo gentilmente come procedere per verificare cosa può essere il difetto e cosa fare, l'acquisto è stato fatto il 09/07/2017 in negozio on line.

Idem con un tamron 150-600 che dopo tre anni di funzionamento aveva smesso di funzionare. Portato personalmente a loro. Dopo due mesi di attesa (era stato spedito al centro europeo per la riparazione) visto che non tornava di loro spontanea volontà me ne hanno consegnato uno nuovo.

A me fa ridere chi si lamenta perché non accettano garanzie o riparazione per materiale acquistato su canali non ufficiali.

Quando ho avuto problemi sono stati sempre disponibili l'ultima volta sono stato al telefono 40 minuti con Trevisani, mi ha dato tutte le indicazioni per risolvere nel migliore dei modi.
Considerate che io non sono in professionista
