Capita anche a voi?
Ho appena ricevuto la x-h1 oggi, ho scelto la lingua, collegata allo smartphone e configurata...
Poi ho tolto la batteria per ricaricarla e...
Quando l'ho riaccesa mi ha chiesto di nuovo le stesse cose! Che scocciatura...

Ciao Saretta83,mi è successo su un'altra marca di fotocamera.Succede di solito se la fotocamera rimane per un lungo periodo inutilizzata e priva della batteria.Per mantenere i dati che hai inserito la fotocamera utilizza una cosiddetta batteria tampone interna alla circuiteria,questa può aver perso la sua carica.Prova a lasciare inserita la batteria della fotocamera ben carica,la batteria tampone potrebbe riprendere a funzionare regolarmente e il difetto sparire.Nel caso cosi non avvenga la batteria tampone viene sostituita solo dall'assistenza.Nel caso la fotocamera sia nuova puoi chiedere la sostituzione.Ciaociao ;-)

scusa Sara anche a me oggi e' successo,mentre scattavo la batteria era in esaurimento 1 tacca,mi ha richiesto la configurazione iniziale app smartphone menu ecc la mAcchina ha 2 giorni di vita,tu come hai risolto?

Ho tenuto in carica la macchina tramite il cavetto usb con batteria dentro invece di toglierla e caricarla a parte, ora non lo fa più.
