No, sono soggette tutte, alcune di più altre di meno. Su uno schema semplice come il 100 elmar consigliato da Giuliano (che utilizzo ed è ottimo) è molto più semplice da calcolare.
Focale 100mm, se la "allontani" di 100mm dal sensore hai un RR pari a 1:1 e il diaframma si chiude di 2 stop
Allontani di 50mm hai RR 1:2 e diaframma 1 stop più chiuso
ecc.
Se l'obiettivo ha elementi flottanti diventa più complesso ;)

Se non sbaglio (per riportare un altro esempio) il Nikkor micro 105 VR diventa un 76mm f/4.5 a RR 1:1, perché non si allunga (un obiettivo più complesso)

Comunque su M43 RR1:1 vuol dire che inquadri una scena di 17.3x13 mm...un area molto piccola! e con un tele cosi lungo (quindi immagino anche per soggetti che si muovono) diventa molto difficile da usare!

@bernalor, il mio intento principale è solo quello di aumentare la distanza di lavoro..Con il 60mm ed il paraluce si è parecchio vicini, e con soggetti già svegli preferirei restare un po' più lontano.
Bikerstanco, al tempo provai proprio i kenko..si vede che ho beccato un limone..
Lanfi, probabilmente quella sarebbe la soluzione più economica..potrei provare senza spendere troppo..
