Problema Sony a7RII e Flash Godox tt685s

Salve a tutti, da poco ho acquistato un flash Godox TT685S da abbinare alla mia sony a7rii per quando mi ritrovo a scattare in ambienti chiusi.
Ieri sera mi sono ritrovato ad utilizzare questa combo in discoteca ma ho avuto dei grandi problemi.
Stavo utilizzando la a7rii con mc11 sigma, 35mm sigma art, e godox tt685s.

Il problema è che l'illuminatole dell'AF ASSIST del flash non funziona, il flash non proietta quelle "righettine" che aiutano la macchina a mettere a fuoco ma funziona soltanto l'AF ASSIST della macchina stessa. Quindi, foto sfocate la macchina focheggia e non riesce a mettere a fuoco, spesso dice che la messa a fuoco è corretta ma in verità no. Qualcuno può aiutarmi ? Grazie

Che io sappia l'af assist dei flash non funziona con nessuna mirrorless

Ho lo stesso flash su Fuji; anche qui l'AF assist non funziona, o, meglio, a volte funzione altre, più spesso, no. Idem col fratellino TT350.

Il problema dell'illuminatore AF che non funziona sulle mirrorless è citato anche da DPreview...

Come ti hanno già detto, l'af assist non funziona però (da possessore di A7 iii e tt685s) ti consiglio di acquistare il trigger godox XiT-s che aggiornato con uno degli ultimi firmware introduce AF assist ;-)

Ovviamente solo in AF-S!

Grazie per le risposte, quindi dovrò montare il triger sulla mirrorless e il flash sopra di esso per avere l' Af-assist ?

L'af assist ad infrarossi non funziona su sony... Provato fa la griglia ma non aggancia nulla. Infatti i nuovi flash Sony hanno illuminatore led, l'unica soluzione su ml
