Compatibilità nuovo Tamron 70-210 f/4 con d90?

Buongiorno a tutti,
seguo da anni Juza con interesse e ho spesso trovato risposte alle mie domande.
Ora però vorrei chiedere una cosa dato che non riesco a venirne a capo e leggo pareri discordanti.
Possiedo una Nikon D90 e vorrei acquistare il nuovo Tamron 70-210 f/4 su uno store online per risparmiare un po'.
Leggendo le specifiche sul sito ufficiale si parla di diaframma elettromagnetico e c'è scritto:

“ Il diaframma elettromagnetico...è ora disponibile anche sugli obiettivi dedicati alle fotocamere Nikon*. Ciò rende possibile un controllo più preciso del diaframma e dell'apertura poiché le lamelle del diaframma sono azionate e controllate dal motore attraverso segnali ad impulsi elettronici.
*Disponibile solo per fotocamere compatibili con diaframma elettromagnetico (D5, D4s, D4, D3X, Df, D850, D810, D810A, D800, D800E, D750, D600, D610, D300S, D500, D7500, D7200, D7100, D7000, D5600, D5500, D5300, D5200, D5100, D5000, D3400, D3300, D3200, D3100). (Dati Tamron; Gennaio 2018) „

Non so cosa sia un diaframma elettromagnetico, ma detto ciò...Riuscirei ad utilizzarlo sulla mia macchina fotografica?
Da qui sembrerebbe di no...Ho chiamato un rivenditore ufficiale e il negoziante mi ha detto di sì.
Non vorrei fare un acquisto che non potrei utilizzare al 100%

Peda	sent on 30 Novembre 2018 (18:34) Ti stavo appunto per dire che se vai sul sito ufficiale Tamron puoi vedere con quali modelli è compatibile. La tua Nikon non è nell'elenco, io ho il suddetto obiettivo e con la mia d3100 funziona bene. Lo so, non ti ho aiutato molto

Wilderness08, il fatto che non sia riportata la D90 nell'elenco mi fa pensare che effettivamente ci possa essere qualche incompatibilità.
Se qualcuno non riferisce di averlo effettivamente utilizzato sulla D90, fossi in te lascerei perdere (ripiegando magari su un 70-200 f/4 nikon usato).
