Problema 18-55 + flash ad eventi

Premetto che ho la Fuji X-T2 da due settimane e ho già dovuto fare due mini eventi serali con flash.
Non essendo abituato ho cercato di prepararmi al meglio e usare un po' di funzioni in automatico.
Ho usato un 18-55 e un flash godox tt685

In ambiente buio, ho scattato cosi:
- flash in TTL
- 1/30 SS (per avere un po' di luce ambiente)
- f/5.6-7
- 1600 ISO (per non stancare troppo il flash)

Ora, le foto sono venute QUASI tutte, e ho due problemi:
1) Alcune foto, circa 1 su 5, sono fuori fuoco. Non di molto, ma si vede che non sono nitide come le altre.
2) per il fuoco mi affido all'AF, ma nell'EVF vedo tutto nero perchè è sottoesposto (per quello ho il flash). Può essere quello il problema di queste foto non particolarmente nitide? Come posso rimediare?

1) fuori fuoco o micromosso, a 1/30 se le persone si muovono vengono mosse, di solito scatto a 1/ 100 - 1/125 a persone
2) disabilita l'anteprima in real time e lo schermo non diventa nero

Aumenteró un po' la velocità di scatto e toglierò l'anteprima :)

Facendo un po' di prove ho capito questo:
Lo stabilizzatore su Olympus mi aiutava molto, per questo avevo risultati anche a 1/30. Probabilmente non ho una mano fermissima e questo fa si che ad 1/30 le immagini non siano cosi nitide

No no, non si muovevano. È proprio dato da un mio movimento della mano. Pensavo fosse l'obbiettivo che non agganciasse. E invece sono io che non ho una mano ferma purtroppo :) ovviamente accorcerò i tempi e starò più attento, devo ancora abituarmi a Fujifilm dopo Olympus! Grazie mille :)
