Vedo ora che x-transformer funziona come plug-in di LR .... da provare grazie per la dritta

Arci usa X-Transformer e i DNG li apre qualsiasi programma di Adobe.

Eccome.
Ho appena perso un progettista opto-meccanico strutturista perché Airbus è venuta a far shopping nel mio reparto.
A 27 anni gli hanno offerto in pratica 70k€ all'anno. Cosa potevo offrirgli io, CTO in una PMI Italiana, di meglio?
Il divario va oltre lo spread. Sebbene in Germania non ci andrei a vivere nemmeno se fosse l'ultima nazione rimasta sulla terra, il welfare che possono garantire è migliore quanto è migliore l'AF della X-T3 rispetto a quello della X-T1.

Ma molto meno rispetto a prima dell'euro anche li hanno dato una bella stretta, anche se ancora mantengono il famoso “reddito di cittadinanza”.
Su gli stipendi ne convengo....qui a 27 anni col ciufolo li vedi 70.000, ma nemmeno la metà anche so fosse un geniaccio.
Ho formato tanti giovani ingegneri e quando arrivavano alla maturazione il rischio che se ne andassero era sempre alto, ho fatto team building per anni e continuo a farlo....na faticaTriste

Ho letto il blog e confermo le tue prime impressioni, sto per andare sul litorale e non vedo l'ora di provarla in campo aperto.

Provato con le peggiori ottiche fuji come af e sembrano meglio delle migliori.
