Sony a7 3: p e fps differenze

Buongiorno,
Ho da poco acquistato una Sony A7 III e ho dei dubbi sui diversi tipi di qualità di registrazione. Il mio obbiettivo sarebbe quello di impostare la macchina per registrare video in 4k a 60fps.

Queste sono le varie opzioni impostabili prese dal sito di sony: drive.google.com/file/d/1t-xxUXHeqNyWspgn7EG1dHzhExa7Z5-9/view?usp=sha

Ho provato a selezionare l'opzione 3.840 x 2.160 (24p, 100 M) e successivamente selezionare l'opzione 60 fps ma i video quando li importo su premiere non risultano a 60 fps ma a 24. Probabilmente sbaglio qualcosa nell'iterpretazione dei dati: quale è la differenza tra p (dato espresso in dimensione immagine) e fps (espressa in "frequenza fotogrammi")

La A7III non registra in 4k 60p, si ferma a 30p

Se vuoi puoi registrare a 50p o 100p ma in full hd

Ti conviene impostare la macchina in pal invece che ntsc e usare 4k 25p o 1080 100p

Adesso non ho sotto mano una macchina però è così...

Se vuoi registrare sopra i 30p devi usare la macchina in full hd

Ci credo che arriva solo a 30p ! Volevo capire che cosa va a modificare quando seleziono degli fps diversi nel menu (vanno da 1 a 120)
