È apprezzabile in termini di qualità la differenza tra raw compresso e non?

La differenza di file tra Raw e Raw compresso è quasi nulla, il compresso lo uso normalmente senza notare a monitor o in stampa nessuna perdita di qualità, mantre per lo still life uso il Raw intero, ma penso sia poco utile.

Secondo me a parte situazioni di scatto veramente estreme ed in cui non si vuole rischiare il minimo artefatto, non vale la pena appesantirsi tutto il workflow (a cominciare dallo spazio che occupano sulla SD mentre scatti) coi RAW non compressi.

Fino a che (e se) Sony non offrirà una soluzione per i RAW loseless, penso che continuerò ad utilizzare felicemente i RAW compressi (anche perché personalmente io questi famosi artefatti non li ho mai notati, ma non vado neanche sistematicamente a cercarli al 100% d'ingrandimento sinceramente..)

nel secondo slot che non supporta le UHS-II basterebbe quindi per esempio una Transcend 90mb/s 600x?

Tecnicamente lo slot 1 che supporta UHS-II va al massimo a 312 MByte/s (velocità massima sul bus), lo slot 2 che supporta UHS-I va al massimo a 104 MByte/s.
Le schede UHS-III vanno al massimo a 624 MByte/s e non sono supportate

In che senso non sono supportate?
Il massimo x le SD non è 300 mb/s

Quelle indicate sono le velocità massime sul bus delle specifiche SD, sony supporta fino alla UHS-II

Ciao con la A7lll quando faccio raffiche la macchina ci mette un po di tempo a scrivere i file , da cosa dipende ? dalla velocita' della scheda ? cosa mi consigliate per far si che sia piu' veloce nella scrittura '
