Concordo con Mattek, investirei più sull'ottica che sul corpo, la T1 è già una fotocamera ottima.

Caro Murphy io ce l'ho e te lo posso dire ;-)

La xh1 è un carro armato anche per tropicalizzazione. Confermo quanto detto.
Per me non ha senso invece andare di xt1....macchina ormai obsoleta anche rispetto la xt2 (meglio tropicalizzata ).
A questo punto vai di xt2...tanto oggi ne trovi a vagonate usate, anche sotto i mille euro.

Sono stato in islanda nel 2010. Ho usato canon 30d + 10-22 e 28-135+ una vecchia compatta superzoom come scorta.

Per proteggerle usavo velcro intorno al paraluce e sacchetto di nylon con velcro incollato sol bordo per fissarlo ( x entrambi la lente frontale non ruotava). È andata bene.

Partendo da 0 ti consiglierei una compatta subacquea da tenere in tasca e la reflex/ml che preferisci

Una XE2 con 18-55 usati 500 euri
1000 euri per una settimana in più di ferie.

Stavo pensando come alternativa low cost di prendere la xt20 in kit con il 18-55 (e nel caso aggiungere il 12 sam) e comprare magari anche una di quelle coperture antipioggia di plastica o nylon per la macchina fotografica da utilizzare solo quando necessario essendo per il momento solo questo il viaggio con condizioni "estreme" e, nel caso dovessi farni altri, vendere la xt20 e prendere la xt3 con un obiettivo tropicalizzato. Che ne pensate? Ha senso?
