Ricarica USB per A7R II

ciao a tutti,
ho appena preso una A7R II, e sono in difficoltà a capire il funzionamento della ricarica tramite USB.
Attaccando la fotocamera col cavetto USB sia al pc che tramite l'AC, leggo dal manuale che dovrebbe accendersi l'indicatore arancione di ricarica, ma io di spie che s'accendono non ne vedo. Se accendo la fotocamera quando è attaccata, accanto al simbolo della batteria sul display c'è l'iconcina della spina, ma la percentuale non aumenta, pur lasciandola a lungo.
Premetto che sto usando la macchina col battery grip, e pensavo potesse essere quello il problema, ma anche in modalità singola batteria la situazione non cambia.

C'è qualcosa che mi sfugge?

Controlla accuratamente di inserire lo spinotto nella porta corretta e, per scrupolo se ancora non dovesse andare, prova un altro cavo. A me si caricava con tutto... Sorriso
