E' davvero vero che solo gli obiettivi vintage con lenti mostruosamente non corrette e piene di aberrazioni producono immagini con nessuna corrispondenza ai vari colori durante la sfocatura,cioè: Swirlano.

La parola swirl, letteralmente "turbine" oppure "vortice", non si riferisce alla fedeltà cromatica.

Mi è arrivato il biotar

Ha la ghiera di messa a fuoco dura, prima lo revisiono perbene, poi faccio confronto con helios. Da un'analisi preliminare la resa ottica non è migliore.

Stanno per scadere le pagine, eventualmente se il discorso interessa si può aprire un altro thread

In genere la resa dei Biotar 58mm f/2 potrebbe essere inferiore ai cloni Helios-44 per vari motivi:
;-) sono più vecchi
;-) sono più sporchi dentro
;-) sono più rovinati
;-) hanno meno o peggiori (antiquati) trattamenti antiriflessi

Però sono Zeiss, e quindi costruiti meglio come meccanica, materiali e precisione dell'assemblaggio.
... e poi sono Zeiss ... progettati dal mitico Willi Merté negli anni '30 ;-)
