problema con attacco flash a slitta

ciao a tutti

è già la seconda volta che il flash mi vola per terra sfilandosi da questo raccordo:

e mi è venuto il dubbio di essere io a non averlo montato nella maniera corretta.
Qual'è la maniera corretta?
sicuramente va stretta la guida orizzontale intorno alla slitta, ma va anche stretta la rotella del flash?

non uso l'accessorio in questione,ma la rotella serve proprio per fissare il flash sulla slitta

la rotella serve per fissare il flash su una slitta "tradizionale", ma in casi di slitta "stringibile" mi chiedevo se comunque la rotella servisse o se fosse addirittura controproducente...

Inserisci il flash in questo supporto con l'anello del flash completamente svitato. Poi stringi inizialmente la vite del supporto per bloccare con un primo step il flash, e poi stringi l'anello del flash analogamente come faresti per montarlo sulla slitta della fotocamera. Così facendo non dovresti avere problemi.
