Ciao a tutti, avrei bisogno di aiuto per capire una cosa-. Ho acquistato una Sony a7r II usata, dalla ricevuta risulta acquistata da FotoEMa (nella fattura c'è specificatamente detto "Garanzia 2 anni - assistenza in Italia") tuttavia il manuale è solo in cinese e nel menù ci sono alcune lingue (inglese, portoghese, francese, spagnolo, cinese mandarino, arabo, koreano ecc) ma non c'è l'italiano.

E' una macchina import?

Se Fotoema ha sede fiscale in UE e la fattura è emessa da loro hai garanzia Europa, direttamente presso il centro di Verona. La macchina è evidentemente di importazione asiatica avendo solo il cosidetto menù inglese,ma con fattura di un rivenditore europeo diventa europea, poi stà al rivenditore chiarire come e se ha versato l'iva. In fattura l'iva è dichiarata, giusto?
Correggetemi se sbaglio.

Percui non avrei comunque possibilità di inserire l'italiano. E cmq rimane una macchina import (cosa non specificata nella descrizione).

Il menù in italiano credo tu te lo possa scordare, è una macchina con menù inglese, ma essendo fatturata è "sdoganata", import io intenderei che l'emettitore del documento di acquisto ha sede extra UE.
