Non ti so aiutare perché non possiedo quel flash ma si legge da più parti che un flash Canon, per via dei contatti, può mandare in tilt e danneggiare l'elettronica Fuji. Se invece ha solo il contatto caldo centrale non ci sono problemi.

Io utilizzo flash Yongnuo yn-560 III su Fuji x-t20. Per montarlo sul corpo macchina utilizzo uno slave Yongnuo RF 603 II C3 montato sulla slitta e sopra il flash senza utilizzare cavi. Per usarlo in remoto utilizzo un Trigger YN-560-TX senza slave (un ricevitore infrarossi è già integrato in questo modello). IMPORTANTE: solo gli Yongnuo modello Canon sono compatibili con Fuji; quelli per Nikon non funzionano per nulla o in maniera parziale (non ho esperienza diretta di questo). Comunque dovrai gestire totalmente in manuale il flash, non hai ttl ecc..
