Ciao a tutti, dopo un mese che è uscito ho acquistato C1 10 Pro, lo uso molto e con soddisfazione, soprattutto dopo che ho comprato un video corso online in offerta. Ora è aggiornato all'ultima versione, ma fin da subito ho un problema che si presenta abbastanza spesso. Praticamente dopo che ho post prodotto i raw della mia 80D i file esportati sono degli artefatti (ora non ho file da mostrarvi ma appena me ne fa ve li posto). Praticamente la foto in miniatura visualizzata su FastStone o nella cartella dei file su explorer è ok, appena apro la foto ci sono solo righe tipo codice a barre molto fitto. Per risolvere devo chiudere e riaprire C1 ed esportare di nuovo. Esporto in Tiff 16\8 bit e in Jpeg in due differenti sottocartelle di quella dei raw...a qualcuno capita la stessa cosa? Tra pochi giorni scrivo a Phase One.

Prova a disinstallare tutto e reinstallare C1 10.1 usando l'ultimo eseguibile.

Ciao Corda85, ho fatto di meglio, ho reistallato Win10 Home tramite l'ultima iso disponibile, perchè aggiornando a "Creators Update" tutti i raw in C1 li vedevo quasi color seppia! Quindi l'installazione è pulitissima e con tutti i driver aggiornati. Tra l'altro subito dopo aver installato windows e averlo configurato, ho installato per primo C1 per vedere come si comportava e poi ho installato tutti gli altri programmi che uso nel pc...il problema rimane. Ieri ho inviato due file a Phase One.

Io ho visto schermate simili in presenza di problemi con la scheda video.

Prova ad aggiornare il driver della scheda video, magari quello non era aggiornato.

Altrimenti non vedo proprio che cosa possa essere.

Tutto aggiornato, secondo me è un problema legato alle correzioni locali... A volte gli artefatti sono simili alle maschere che ho creato...

User come hai risolto il problema con le righe con captur one? Ho lo stesso problema di artefatti e ho un 80d anche io. A volte ci sono a volte no. Perché? Sto provando di tutto mi fa incazzare!!!!
