Macro con flash su a7ii

Ritornando a far foto serie (spero) dopo alcuni decenni di sospensione ostilità, ho da poco acquistato una Sony A7II usata con cui recuperare anche in parte il mio ex corredo Minolta.
Mi viene ora l'esigenza di un flash sia per uso normale (cioè in stanze normali, in pratica quando proprio non si può farne a meno) .. oppure, come da titolo, per la macrofotografia, genere che tuttora mi attira.
Spiego gli antefatti macro
Nel lontano passato pellicolistico con la X700 usavo in macro un flash TTL della marca, mi pare con NG26 o 28, rimasto poi doverosamente a invecchiare in un cassetto (assieme a un Metz più potente ma non TTL). Ora vorrei riacquisire la possibilità di fare macro anche oltre l'1:1 sia spolverando i soffietti d'epoca (sarà dura non poter più inquadrare a TA!) sia appunto ridotandomi di lampo TTL (per non trafficare con mm di prolunga, rapporti d'ingrandimento e conseguenti coefficienti e distanza flash come necessario prima). Mi potreste consigliare su qualche modello usabile, possibilmente alternativo? In effetti mi pare che i Sony abbiano prezzi "da collezione". Per gli alternativi, non so se e quanto vadano bene quelli che si vedono in Amazzonia di varie marche sui 70-80 euro, che come potenza per la macro potrebbero pure bastare.

Altro problema: la dislocazione del flash per illuminare meglio il soggetto. Ero abituato a piazzarlo di lato all'anteriore dell'obiettivo con un cavetto x TTL. Non mi pare però d'aver visto, tra gli accessori Sony applicabili, un cavo di simile funzionalita. D'altronde un sincro tra due flash mi pare ridicolo per spostare il flash di 20 o 25 cm. Qualcuno ha giá affrontato il problema?

Per il momento mi compro un Neewer NW 320 che costa poco (60€) e lavora in TTL con le Alpha7* e poi si vedrà
