io uso il canon 70-200 (f 4) - per me è eccezionale...in uso esterno credo non valga la pena spendere quasi il doppio e avere un obiettivo molto più pesante - anche dai test la differenza di prestazioni è minima - ciao, Giordano

ho l'f4, ed è un obiettivo di altissimo livello. Se ti serve uno stop in più, magari per fare ritratti, allora vai di 2.8. Altrimenti non ci sono altri motivi per spendere di più per avere più peso.

Li ho entrambi, e devo dire che la nitidezza del f.4 è assolutamente stratosferica, come pure il peso contenuto non disturba affatto.
Ovviamente con l'f 2,8 c'è una migliore frubilità con luce scarsa, e lo
sfocato è più ecidente e particolare.
Per uso prevalente in esterni, direi f.4 senza dubbio.

La differenza è soltanto nello stop di differenza ,nel peso e nel prezzo ad f.4 sono stupendi entrambi.Se non hai bisogno del 2.8 vai Tranquillo.
