Per dire, se hai un 50mm e vuoi scattare un paesaggio puoi fare un panorama di più foto e ti porti a casa lo scatto comunque, ma se vuoi una focale di 50mm con un 24mm l'unica soluzione è ritagliare e perdere qualità ;-)

Quanto prima vorrei sperimentare l'astrotracer incorporato Pentax, vorrei sapere se la procedura di calibrazione così come dice il manuale è sempre indispensabile oppure se ne può anche fare a meno.

Se ne può fare anche a meno, io la faccio una volta ogni 5 uscite notturne e in ogni caso è una procedura molto veloce.

Solo per curiosità: visto che leggendo sul manuale in modalità astrotracer è possibile fare una lunga esposizione fino a 5 minuti, quindi ben 300" che motivo ci sarebbe di impostare la sensibilità a valori elevati e di impiegare ottiche molto luminose? Forse queste limitazioni sono valide per normali esposizioni fino a max 30" ma potendo scattare con un tempo ben più lungo perché tanto il corpo celeste viene inseguito non si potrebbe usare anche un qualunque obiettivo e la sensibilità ISO ridotta a soli 100 ISO se porto l'esposizione a 120" o più?

Bhè si certo, ma questo discorso riguarda solo le stelle MrGreen

Vorrei un obiettivo luminoso perchè lo potrei usare in condizione di scarsa luminosità in ambienti chiusi o in altri contesti ancora dove l'astrotracer non lo uso.

scusa ma sei sicuro che il 12mm f2 non ci sia con attacco pentax? poi con la k3II hai il gps con la funzione astrotracer? puoi arrivare a qualche minuto di esposizione senza che si crei la scia luminosa delle stelle
