Adattatore da sony A Mount ad Canon EF

Ciao a tutti ,
come da oggetto , esiste un adattatore MF per montare obiettivi CANON EF (Samyang MF 14 2.8 x canon EF) su corpo SONY A MOUNT (Sony A99) ?

Dato che lo usavo con la A7 , c'è già montato l'adattatore da E-MOUNT -> EF , magari se non esiste quello richiesto ne esiste uno da A-MOUNT ad E-MOUNT che posso mettere in cascata ?

come puoi vedere in questa tabella il tiraggio è praticamente identico

Non può esistere un adattatore di mezzo millimetro... Confuso

Ovviamente mettere "in cascata" gli adattatori significa perdere assolutamente il fuoco.

Dovresti montare la baionetta A mount sulla lente Canon, quel mezzo millimetro si riprende, ma non ha molto senso.
