Chiedo scusa se l'argomento è stato già affrontato.
Il test su photographylife dell'obiettivo in oggetto è positivo ma con un grosso MA (https://photographylife.com/reviews/nikon-300mm-f4e-pf-ed-vr).
Infatti, egli dice che ha provato ben tre esemplari e ha riscontrato problemi di disallineamento e conseguente resa disuniforme sul fotogramma. Il "vecchio" 300/4 AF-S sarebbe superiore da questo duplice punto di vista: assenza di disallineamenti delle lenti, riscontrata pure in più esemplari del PF, e uniformità di resa, anche se ha una minor qualità al centro.
Chi ha il 300/4 PF ha evidenze contrarie?

per quel che può servire, ho avuto il 300 AF-S solo per un breve periodo nel 2005, cambiato dopo una settimana per problemi di MAF, ho da un'anno il 300PF e non ho riscontrato disallineamento di lenti e la resa è uniforme su tutto il fotogramma.
Prova a chiedere anche a Fabrizio Ferretto come va il suo. ;-)
