Contascatti bloccato a 999 - aiuto!!!

Ciao a tutti

mi serve il vostro prezioso supporto. Oggi in montagna ho notato che il contascatti della mia 5d II rimane sempre fisso a 999.
Registra le foto ed i video, ma rimane sempre con 999.
Per completezza: uso solo batterie originale Canon.
mentre la scheda è una CF Sandisk Extreme 60MB/s 16GB

che faccio? a qualcuno è già capitato? devo portala in assistenza??

penso che dipende dal fatto che forse (non ho quella fotocamera ma mi sucede sulla 70d) non ha 4 cifre per il conteggio.
Quindi anche se ho a disposizione 1500 foto, mostra sempre 999, quando da scenderai a 999 in giù, inizierà a conteggiare 998 997 etc....
