Il Museo di Fotografia Contemporanea celebra i 70 anni della Repubblica Italiana e del voto alle donne con una mostra dedicata a Federico Patellani: 70 immagini che raccontano la distruzione e la rinascita di Milano dopo la Seconda Guerra Mondiale e la vittoria della Repubblica nel referendum del 2 giugno 1946.

Per chi è di Milano o vuole bene a Milano e ha la mia età, una mostra dal forte potere rievocativo. E poi vedere certe immagini delle macerie, delle distruzioni provocate dai pesanti bombardamenti che Milano ha subito allora e accostarle a quelle che vediamo oggi in TV di certe località del Medio Oriente fa molto riflettere sui corsi e ricorsi storici e sulla inutilità della guerra. Di tutte le guerre. E c'è anche una certa analogia con il Referendum di allora e quello di oggi, almeno per il clima di divisione che entrambi generano. Insomma una mostra da vedere per tanti motivi oltre che per la bellezza delle foto.
