Reggendo bene la lente non dovrebbero esserci particolari problemi.

La 70D, che ho avuto, la reputo un'ottima fotocamera, assai sottovalutata.
Ha un af performante e abbastanza personalizzabile, un mirino assolutamente decente, una cadenza di scatto adeguata ed una qualità di immagine che è al top delle aps-c Canon (la 7D2 differisce per dettagli).
Il 100-400ISII non è certo sprecato.

Ti sei già risposto da solo col tuo corpo macchina f2,8 sono una manna e il 70-200 è una lente definitiva che non cambierai mai
