Il flat cable che tendeva a rompersi, difetto noto e mai riconosciuto da Canon, è una bella fregatura.
Anche perchè costa 250 Euro far riparare l'obiettivo, quando Canon dovrebbe farsene carico essendo dovuto a pessima progettazione.

Sulle nuove versioni del 24-105, (quelle con il tappo nuovo per intenderci) il problema del flat cable non esiste più.

Credo anche io seguito la stessa strada, mi tengo il 24 105 e se voglia qualcosa di più luminoso monto un fisso...ad esempio il 50 1.2

Che per inciso di certo non ha, ai diaframmi comuni chiaramente, una nitidezza superiore allo zoom regolato sulla stessa focale!

A conti fatti direi proprio di si ... il Tamron 24-70/2.8 VC è la scelta più sensata.
Così come il 50/1,2 L è quella meno sensata.
