Anche io con lo stesso problema solo che a me si è spanata la vite più grande delle due che bloccano il paraluce e ho dovuto contattare l´assistenza che con la modica (sarcasticamente parlando visto il pezzo in questione) cifra di 40€ mi ha fornito un pezzo nuovo composto dalla parte esterna avvitata al paraluce con le due viti e quella che effettivamente lo blocca alla lente.
Se può servire, mi hanno detto che questo è un problema molto comune a loro dire in quanto le persone stringono troppo la vite del paraluce perché o non se ne rendono conto che sono arrivati a "fine corsa" oppure come ho fatto io per paura di perdere il paraluce.

Bisogna porre attenzione a quando si smonta il paraluce dalla posizione rovesciata a quella operativa, a volte capita che nel riporre l'ottica il paraluce non è posizionato correttamente quindi quando si svita lo sblocco si e costretti a farlo oltre la lunghezza e questo provoca che la vitina si svita e cade spero di essermi spiegato ;-)
