Credo voglia dire che dei 45 punti di messa a fuoco, 27 avranno sensibilità fino ad f/8 e quindi potranno essere usati senza problemi con lenti f/5,6 con moltiplicatore 1,4x o lenti f/4 duplicate

Comunque, dopo questa 80D o aggiornano la 7D mkII via firmaware o ne uscirà una nuova a breve... Non ha motto senso mettere 27 punti a f/8 sulla 80D e solo 1 sulla 7D mkII che dovrebbe esserle superiore in tutto.
