Perchè siete così limitati, monotematici!! La tinca al forno è buona, ma da quelle parti fanno anche il risotto con la tinca, che merita il viaggio!!

Ne conosco due versioni, una eccellente in bianco che si pratica un po' dovunque (ricordo ancora adesso, a decenni di distanza, la bontà di quello che si mangia a Montisola, sia da Archetti, sia alla Foresta, ammesso che esistano ancora...) e una particolarissima, in rosa con una punta di pomodoro, che mi hanno servito al ristorante della cooperativa pescatori di Endine.

Vedo bene, in ogni caso, che la reflex cattura molto ma la forchetta... MrGreen

Andrea devo darti una cattiva notizia: le sorelle Archetti hanno chiuso da parecchi anni. Il locale di cui parla Giuliano dovrebbe essere ancora operativo.

Vorrei ringraziare pubblicamente Giuliano1955 che qualche mese fa mi aveva sconsolato di prendere l'85 F1.8 G, avendo già il Nikkor micro 105 VR; ho risparmiato i soldi e, ora, mi son tolto un pallino: il fisheye. Lo userò poco, ma quel poco per me è puro divertimento.
