Voi in che occasioni scattate con il flash? solo quando non ci sono alternative o può essere usato anche per migliorare le foto in condizioni di luce normale?
come al solito anche in questo caso leggo pareri contrastanti tra luce naturale e altro...

Io lo uso pure se c'è luce...ma una luce brutta che mi creerebbe brutte ombre chiuse sui volti, quindi metto su M esposizione a 0 e una flashatina a 1\3-1\4 di potenza.

A volte ottengo buoni risultati senza che si veda l' effetto flash...diciamo che mi dá brillantezza al volto togliendo fastidiose ombre.

Infatti io uso quello in macchina.
Non cerco per adesso risultati particolari con luci trasversali...se tu li cerchi credo che non hai alternative.

Ho appena fatto un battesimo in una sala sotterranea con poca luce e soffitto basso.
Ho messo in M, scelto tempo e apertura che volevo, messo il mio Nissin di866 II in TTL sulla slitta, puntato verso il soffitto con pannellino bianco alzato ed è andato tutto benissimo MrGreen

usando il flash, del corpo macchina o staccato, ti consiglio di impostare manualmente gli ISO perchè sennò, stranamente, l'automatismo imposta la sensibilità più alta e dopo ti ritrovi con le foto sgranate.
ovviamente considera che se usi quello interno, avrai poca tirata e fai quindi delle prove; se ti compri un flash esterno valuta di sparare al soffitto con luce diffusa meglio, oppure compra gli accessori apposta, ad esempio Lumiquest, che servono per ammorbidire il tutto.
il mio consiglio è di usare un diaframma di lavoro medio ottimale per l'ottica
