In base alla mia esperienza si.

Per me "alto" significa almeno 1 metro. Il motivo è legato all'altezza di sicurezza minima dei parapetti. Comunque anche così un limite è rappresentato dalle gambe, nel senso che a gambe aperte non si riesce a portare la camera a ridosso del parapetto e quindi anche un metro risulta in genere insoddisfacente. Questo a meno di non mettere una gamba orizzontale o quasi e appoggiarla su (e il treppiede lo deve permettere) oppure tenerla verticale e bloccare con altri sistemi (es. un morsetto avvitato sull'attacco accessori che molti treppiedi hanno, oppure al posto della gamba monopiede staccabile, etc.).
