Salve ragazzi avrei bisogno di un consiglio; che cosa ne pensate di un Canon 300mm f4 is usm per fotografare eventi come concerti, rappresentazioni teatrali, saggi di danza e altre situazione del genere ?

In primis su che macchina lo useresti?
Poi il 300mm lo useresti a che distanza?
Forse sarebbe più utile un 70-200IS USM f.2'8
Il 300mm lo hai già provato sul campo?

Dipende dalle distanze; si rischia di non cogliere per intero le figure umane (esperienza di riferimento: dagli spalti di un palazzetto verso un palco sistemato al centro). ^P^

Io l'ho usato (e lo userò dopodomani per lo stesso motivo) in chiesa per primi piani a bambini durante un concertino di Natale. Lo preferisco al 200/2.8 , in questo caso, per via dello stabilizzatore dovendo scattare a mano libera. Con gli iso disponibili sulla 6d non dovresti avere alcun problema (io lo monto sulla 5 old). Come ti hanno detto valuta solo se la focale potrebbe essere troppo lunga per i tuoi scopi.
In ogni caso in ritrattistica è stupendo, stanne certo ;-)
