Anch'io ho da poco il 100-400 is II e va alla grande, l'ho provato anche con il Kenko 1.4 Pro DGX e funziona anche se la messa a fuoco diventa più lenta e difficoltosa con soggetti in rapido movimento. Qualcuno ha confrontato il Kenko con l'extender canon 1.4 III?

Se guardate meglio anche altre foto mi sembra che fontana usasse il 28-300

Io ho il 100-400 II con il canon 1,4 III su 7d2... e il tutto funziona piuttosto bene, non perde molto in velocità.
La qualità rimane molto buona, in linea con i vari 150-600 a f8.
Il kenko 1,4x l'ho provato ma non funzionava, la 7D2 dava un errore.
