Salve ho acquistato questo prodotto su amazon per la mia canon 700d www.amazon.it/gp/product/B00695N5HU?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=o ma quando lo inserisco nella slitta del flash la macchina fotografica è come se riconoscesse un flash esterno inserito, a qualcuno è capitato o sono l'unico? cosa devo fare inviare indietro il prodotto?

C'è un pulsantino che viene attivato quando si inserisce qualcosa sulla slitta, se guardi bene dovrebbe essere sotto una linguetta metallica. Questo pulsantino una volta premuto non fa aprire il flash pop up. Sulla 7d è sul binario di destra (impugnando la macchina come se volessi scattare).
A me è successo con un tappo copri contatti per la slitta del flash, ho tagliato una parte della slitta di plastica che premeva il pulsantino e tutto ha funzionato a dovere, ma ho dovuto tagliare abbastanza.

grazie Iansan è come dicevi tu c'è il sensore nell'aletta destra della slitta e non inserendola fino in fondo non si attiva la funzione del flash esterno. Sorriso
