Buon giorno , ho una testa a sfera Manfrotto 498 rc2 , ultimamente fa molta fatica a ruotare anche a freno allentato , cosa posso usare per lubrificarla ?

Personalmente ho la tua stessa testa e prima di lubrificare a testa la smonterei e la pulirei dalla polvere. Una volta fatta questa operazione ho "unto" entrambe le superfici (Sfera e sede della sfera) con grasso da catena per biciclette che è a base siliconica oltre che essere molto fluido. In alternativa puoi usare dell'olio sintetico a base siliconica per avitare l'accumulo di polvere!!!

Un consiglio che ti do è quello di sciacquare sotto il rubinetto la testa nel caso sia entrata a contatto con la salsedine
