Sostituire il mio vecchio Sigma 17-70 con......cosa?

Ciao a tutti...come da titolo, vorrei sostituire il mio vecchio Sigma 17-70 che ho usato per anni con qualcosa di migliore.
La macchina è una 7D(prima versione) e andrebbe a corredo insieme a un Tokina 11-16 f2.8 e un Canon 70-200 f4 L IS USM.
Stavo guardando questi:

Canon 17-55 f2.8 IS USM
Canon 24-70 f4 L o Tamron 24-70 f2.8

lo vorrei usare come lente "tuttofare", quella da lasciare sempre attaccata diciamo...grandangolo sono coperto dal Tokina(vecchio ma sempre buono), sul lungo vado di bianchino...non riesco a decidermi su quello in mezzo...
del 17-55 leggo pareri entusiasti ovunque, e infatti era la prima scelta...poi però quei due 24-70 si sono insinuati nella mia testa...ok che sono per FF(e io non credo di voler/dover passare a FF a breve...ma non si sa mai, vero?), quello che mi fa gola è ovviamente la miglior qualità generale della lente.

Ok, c'è anche differenza di prezzo(sto monitorando anche l'usato), ma posso spendere qualcosa in più per uno dei 24-70 se ne vale davvero la pena...voi che ne dite?

Hai un aps-c, secondo me il 24-70 come tutto fare ti viene un po lungo. Hai valutato un Sigma 18-35 art?

A mani basse...il 15 85 Canon.

Secondo me non lo togli più ,ed hai praticamente finito il corredo ;-)

Dipende se vuoi avere un buco tra 16 e 24 (eventuale 24-70) oppure un buco tra 55 e 70 (70-200). Ho avuto il 17-55, se non pensi di passare a ff, assolutamente questo, altrimenti il 24-70. Il 17-55 già a 2.8 è molto nitido e af velocissimo. dal punto di vista costruttivo il 17-55 non è ai livello dei vari 24-70, niente di preoccupante ma già il Canon 24-70 ha una costruzione nettamente migliore.

grazie, poi ho optato per il 17-55 usato trovato qui sul mercatino...non l'ho ancora praticamente usato però!
