più che un tempo minimo di scatto ha senso decidere il diaframma in funzione della PDC voluta (o della potenza del flash se limitata), il tempo in funzione di quanto vuoi che la luce ambiente contribuisca allo scatto e lasciare il flash in ttl libero di gestire la potenza del lampo.

Dipende dalla potenza che ha emesso nello scatto precedente. Per rispondere alla tua domanda ho fatto una prova in una stanza buia e, in completo automatismo col 16/55 a 16 - 2,8 ho aspettato 15 secondi con pila appena caricata.
