Ho una D7100, come tuttofare ho un Tamron 17-50 2.8mm non stabilizzato.
Vorrei sostituirlo con il Sigma 17-70 come da titolo
Avete suggerimenti in merito ?

Perché lo vuoi sostituire?
Io per la d7100 sto valutando il Tamron 17-50 vc.
Anche a me piaceva il 17-70 contemporary, ma nel visualizzare una foto appena scattata zommando sulla foto lo scroll non funziona usando il pad direzionale. C'È questa incompatibilità.

Ciao Gianluca, la mia era un'idea, ma se mi dici che ci sono problemi di compatibilità l'abbandono subito. Comunque vediamo se qualcuno ha riscontrato i tuoi stessi problemi

Ci sono dei problemi noti, anche sul sito Sigma, tra lo stabilizzatore delle ottiche più recenti e le ultime nikon aps-c. Niente che comprometta la foto, mi sembra che sia solo il fatto che lo stabilizzatore rimane attivo un minuto dopo lo scatto.

La D7100 con il suo sensore denso richiede la massima qualità in fatto di ottiche, perciò ti consiglio il Nikon 16-85 VR che io ho usato con soddisfazione.
E prima ho avuto anche il Sigma 17-70 che è molto versatile per la messa a fuoco ridotta ed è più luminoso... ma la qualità del 16-85 è superiore!
