Nel link da te indicato, dice chiaramente che per consegna e ritiro sono aperti dal lunedì al venerdì, il sabato credo rispondano solo al telefono; molto semplice, dunque:telefona e spiega il problema, sicuramente sapranno dirti come comportarti.

Giusto per avere una data di riferimento: ti hanno detto quanti giorni ci vorranno per la riparazione ovvero, per l'eventuale sostituzione?

@Mandarino151075, ho avuto Pentax per 5 anni e mai ho dovuto disattivare lo stabilizzatore a mano libera, neanche a 1/4000'', con nessuna delle macchine (ed ho avuto K-m, K-r, K-7, K-5, K-5II e K-3II), tantomeno può essere utile pigiare il tasto con delicatezza o trattenere il respiro a 1/1600''.
Detto questo, non ho letto tutte le 8 pagine di commenti, ma non è che le foto errate fossero semplicemente fuori fuoco? So che può sembrare strano, soprattutto a 24mm e diaframma non apertissimo, ma non è un'ipotesi da scartare, soprattutto con Pentax. Comunque potrebbe bastare postare una di quelle immagini ad una risoluzione maggiore per rendercene conto.

Sulle Pentax guardando nel mirino in basso si vedono delle indicazioni, se l'esagono verde stilizzato lampeggia vuol dire che la macchina ha difficoltà a mettere a fuoco e questo può capitare focheggiando sulle superfici uniformi che non hanno contrasto. Quindi se scattiamo e l'indicatore di messa a fuoco lampeggia è probabile che la foto sia sfocata
