Ciao, ho postato una foto che ritrae due bambini in Madagascar (se ben ricordo) che giocano ad un gioco che si faceva da ragazzini anche nel mio paese natio...
Detto questo, se davvero dovesse essere x la copertina di un libro o qualsivoglia altra pubblicazione, la partecipazione al presente contest non implica una mia autorizzazione ad un uso della foto al di fuori del contest stesso. Lo so è superfluo, e sicuramente pure antipatico, ma meglio essere chiari. Non vorrei beccarmi una causa da parte dei soggetti ritratti in fotoMrGreen. Saluti, Massimo

Tranquillo Max, il libro è ipotetico, ma anche qualora il nostro giudice Maila lo scrivesse, ovviamente se volesse fruire della "copertina cercasi" lo chiederebbe all'autore direttamente interessato, prima di tutto. ;-)

Tranquillo Massimo, la responsabilità per un uso improprio fa capo all'utilizzatore e non a chi ha realizzato la foto.

Comunque, credo che anche la pubblicazione su questo sito ti espone a eventuali contestazioni, con la differenza che in questo caso non girano soldi e nessuno ti dice nulla, nell'altro invece può sollecitare appetiti economici...
