Allora...ieri l'ho provato sul campo. Ho scattato e pubblicato uno still life "bread & Knife" e il piccoletto si è comportato benissimo. Poi l'ho utilizzato con il macro e anche in questo caso mi è piaciuto molto. Per ora prove casalinghe. Nel week end me lo porto in borsa ( comodissimo) e vedremo...

Non si trova nulla di queste dimensioni ma von le gambe un po allungabili? Della portata mi interessa relativamente dato che sarebbe per la nex. Basta che non costi un rene.

Provato ieri con Canon 6d con Tamron 24-70 e siamo proprio al limite. Il problema è la testa che non regge il peso dell'obiettivo ma si parla di 1,6 kg, quindi ben oltre a quanto dichiarato.
Se si tiene l'obiettivo parallelo alla superficie d'appoggio tiene, se si inclina leggermente verso il basso, fatica a reggere il peso.

io ho questo ma come testa ne ho messa una a sfera manfrotto.
regge pesi massimi ed è stabile; usato per macro a terra e per paesaggi.

Guidoz se regge unan 5d con un 16-35 non credo abbia problemi con una nex anche se avesse le gambe allungabili di una sessione.

l'ho visto dal vivo e mi è sembrato più convincente il PIXI che poi ho acquistato.
peraltro l'apertura dei piedi d'appoggio del PIXI (di cui sono molto contento anche per la portabilità) è inferiore consentendoti di posizionarlo anche su muretti o comunque spazi limitati.

Da prova personale, per far reggere al PIXI maggior peso basta ruotare la testa in modo che l'obiettivo sia parallelo al piede d'appoggio.
