Per Lightroom, o quant'altro, nessuna differenza di sviluppo. Il file è lo stesso.

è la fotocamera che lo comprime mediante algoritmo lossless ;-)

Non è un file da dezippare che ottieni, ma un file leggibile alla pari del non compresso con qualsiasi programma di grafica, tipo Lr, ps, ecc..

Semplicemente viene compresso senza perdita, come avviene in altri campi, per esempio la musica. Ai fini pratici risparmi spazio e l'unico limite è che la macchina può risultare un pelo più lenta per il lavoro del processore. Ma sono inezie o anche nulla su macchine recenti.
