Se il fisso è un 600/4 di quelli bianchi e blasonati va bene, se è un catadiottrico, lascia perdere.

Comunque anche la versione precedente perde a 600 mm, ma se fotografi entro i 15 mt ed è be tarato non ti delude.

Lascia perdere.
L' IS è della prima generazione e fa pena, quando è in azione fa rumore di ferraglia come lo scambio della ferrovia.
Con macchine risolute a F/4 è troppo morbido, mentre è ottimo solo a F/5.6 e F/8.
Se vuoi moltiplicarlo, devi usare l'Extender Canon originale e dimenticarti sia dei Sigma che dei Kenko.
In compenso è una meraviglia per fare i close-up, infatti la foto che ho nella galleria dove una libellula mangia un'altra l'ho scattata col 300/4 a meno di 2 mt.

Piuttosto, ti consiglio il 400/5.6L da usare anche moltiplicato. Ho sostituito il Tamron G1 col 400/5.6L e lo moltiplico senza problemi col Sigma 1.4x EX DG. Stavo prendendo il Canon Extender 1.4x II, ma quando ho visto che non apportava nessun vantaggio rispetto il Sigma che ho, ho lasciato perdere.
