@Giuliano V. a cosa ti riferisci? defishare il fish è facilissimo, basta che in programmi come Lightroom selezioni "Correzione Obiettivo" - "Applica correzione profilo" e passi da una foto così:

Ovviamente può anche esse usato sui volti a distanza ravvicinata, ma effetti del genere li ottieni anche con un 8-16.
Ecco una foto di un amico ripresa praticamente con la lente appoggiata al naso (scusate il rumore ma sono 10.000 ISO senza lavorazione - solo esportazione da LR)

In generale ti dico che il fish ha una resa migliore del normale ultragrandangolare sui volti ed in generale sulle persone in quanto mantiene meglio le proporzione, pur deformando con il tipico effetto fish.
