Esatto, con PayPal, che è una modalità di pagamento che puoi anche non avere per comprare su Ebay. Tra l'altro con Paypal devi aprire la controversia, attendere tutte le verifiche e solo alla fine puoi ottenere un rimborso. Amazon non garantisce nulla in modo diretto da venditori terzi, c'è scritto chiaramente che per i venditori marketplace devi rifarti al venditore stesso e che, in caso di problemi, puoi fare reclamo ad Amazon. Ti hanno rimborsato in 4 giorni, direi che non potevi sperare in un trattamento migliore.

No , giusto ciò che hai detto , infatti così è stata fatta tutta la procedura. Il problema è nato quando dopo una settimana non hanno aperto la controversia e solo dopo varie email l'hanno aperta da lì è partita un'altra settimana dove avrebbero dovuto chiudere la controversia e pagare, ed invece mi hanno scritto che avrebbero avuto bisogno di altre 4-6 settimane
