Jambiani, Zanzibar.Durante l'alta marea, il mare è immediatamente disponibile dalla spiaggia per una bella nuotata, ma durante la bassa marea, le acque si ritirano tantissimo, lasciando al loro posto una distesa di sabbia. Ed è proprio durante la bassa marea, in questa spiaggia immensa e momentaneamente esposta, che si ha la possibilità di svolgere il lavoro della coltivazione delle alghe.
