Ti ripeto è stato un copia incolla da un sito di fotografia, ma mi fido tranquillo d'ora in avanti specificherò meglio. Ecco l'articolo

Ho letto ora che "board" in inglese può essere usato come sinonimo in certi ambiti di "body", quindi a volte si vede che lo usano, ma come ripeto hai ragione, la definizione di ibis è in body image stabilization.

Sulle ML APS/FF se arrivi a 3 è tanta roba, in generale siamo a 2.5

Che poi capiamoci, già 2 sono tanta roba eh!

No Cesare, un buon ibis va decisamente sopra quei valori.

Porto la mia esperienza di A7III, a6550 ed a6300 con queste ultime provate contemporaneamente con stesse ottiche e stessi scatti.

L'IBIS è tanta Roba perché 3 stop sono tanta roba. E' veramente difficile riuscire a superare questo limite anche con l'aggiunta di una lente stabilizzata. Quanti siano effettivamente sul campo dipende da tanti fattori. Spesso si legge fino a 5, ma credo che non le dovute accortezze, la media tra a6500 e a6300 stia tra 2 e 3. L'aggiunta di un'ottica stabilizzata, non è affatto lineare, al massimo si guadagna un ulteriore stop. Ribadisco 3 stop sono comunque tanta Roba in uso fotografico. Scendere ad un 1/30 con a6500 quando con a6300 sei a 1/125" o più ti cambia spesso la vita.
