Consiglio da uno che il parco faunistico l ha visto nascere e che praticante, perolto anni era di casa.
Non andare rimarrestii deluso.
Fino a qualche anno fa, con il vecchio direttore, era un esempio di ottima gestione, si poteva accedere ai vari recinti lungo la sentieristica, ed osservare e fotografare gli animali in comportamenti naturali.
Oggi con la nuova gestione è diventato poco più di uno zoo e mi dicono che l accesso alla arra del lupo, è interdetta.
Provo una forte amarezza di come hanno ridotto un gioiello della zona

Mi accodo a Regolus ma anche io con notizie non aggiornate. I primi anni che andavo al parco faunistico dell'Amiata c'era la possibilità di vedere molti ungulati, anche mufloni. (Metto sotto una foto ai cervi scattata nel luogo che indica Regolus). Alcune foto che ho fatto al parco sono in questa galleria. Parliamo di più di 10 anni fa. Tutte scattate con il 100-400 su 5D.
Ma nel giro di 2-3 anni la situzione cambiò. Mi pare ci fu una ridefinizione interna degli spazi e dei recinti, fatto sta che era difficile vedere qualunque animale. Ci tornai qualche volta e poi smisi di andarci. Non ho però notizie aggiornate.
All'interno del parco c'è (c'era) un centro visite. C'era anche un numero di telefono ma poi venne tolto dalla pagina online. Non so se sia stata ripristinata. Il parco apriva relativamente presto, 7-7.30. Al cancello c'era un citofono per mettersi in contatto con lo staff. Il biglietto mi pare costasse 5€.
